introduced me to a new chef....

For some reason, 

every time these cute little chocolate corks 

popped out of their oven....

Aaahhhh the sweet scent of Christmas!!!

Once the smell of an Evergreen Cypress tree 

grown North of I-10

enters our door,
 all the scary storage closets, 
tangled lights, sappy hands, prickly messes,
and dead ducks 
become worth it !

I truly do love it!!!!

After making it out 
ALIVE

from the Christmas storage closet,

life started to look a little brighter.

The head elf was

CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD WITH PECANS

My daughter loves....

CHOCOLATE

more than anyone that I have ever known in my lifetime.

So... 

sometimes, a mom can use this to her advantage 

to cover up something she usually wouldn't eat...
