EGGNOG BREAD

Just discovered a great recipe from Relish for the holidays!!!
It's a slightly sweetened bread with a hint of
eggnog!
Makes you want to curl up next to a fire
and chow down.

Great with coffee...

and a few spoonful's of Bordon's Eggnog
added to your cup
wouldn't hurt!!!

EGGNOG BREAD

2 eggs
1 cup Eggnog
2 tsp rum extract
1 cup sugar
1 stick melted butter

Blend above ingredients well.

2 1/4 flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Then sift  these 4 ingredients into wet mixture.
Mix just enough to combine.
Don't over mix.

Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350
for 40-60 minutes...
until toothpick comes clean.

Store in fridge!

DELISH...
It really is more like a bread than a cake!!!

As usual, Relish is the source for this recipe....
The only change made was I cut the sugar to 1/2 cup.
